Tools such as the ones you mentioned above are very important. Tracking ROI seems to be a popular topic amongst businesses using social media and is often a reason why some businesses are reluctant to jump on the social media bandwagon. I think these tools are going to benefit the consumer as well as business because businesses are going have to step up to the plate and begin putting their customers first if they are not already doing so.
