Though it can be overwhelming to monitor your social media strategy no matter how many apps and tools you use, one way to make things simpler is to know exactly what the purpose of your strategy is. For example, if your purpose is to increase conversion rates then you need to monitor how many people are converting from fans and followers to actual customers and tweak your strategy until you see the results you are after.
